Our goal is to further the advancement of all breeds of purebreed dogs, to conduct dog shows, field trials, obedience trials, tracking tests, and sanctioned matches under the rules of the American Kennel Club. We also strive to protect and advance in the interests of all breeds of purebreed dogs and to encourage sportmanslike competition at dog shows, field trials, obedience trials, and tracking trials. Through these efforts we hope to provide educational opportunities to the public on all aspects of dog ownership.

Cook Inlet Kennel Club is dedicated to the sanctioning of events for the purebred dog, with the accreditation of the American Kennel Club. We hold 4 sanctioned conformation and obedience shows a year and put on fun matches that include conformation, agility and obedience.
